A sensational case of kidnapping of a minor girl and getting her ova extraction done in an IVF center has come to light in Phaphamau police station area of ​​Ganganagar zone of Prayagraj Police Commissionerate. Registering a case on the complaint of the mother of the minor victim, the police have taken into custody five accused, including four women and one man, involved in the entire conspiracy. The police is also taking legal action against the four accused.
Illegal ova extraction of 15 year old minor
According to DCP Ganganagar Zone Kuldeep Singh Gunawat, Anita Gautam’s wife Luv Kush Gautam had given a complaint at Phaphamau police station. In which she had accused Kareli resident Palak Hela and her mother Rinki Hela of kidnapping their 15-year-old minor daughter and forcibly luring her and getting her ova extracted illegally at Indira IVF Centre. On the basis of this complaint, the police have registered an FIR at Phaphamau police station on Friday 6th February.
According to DCP Ganganagar Zone, police investigation has also revealed that the victim was admitted to the Forest Staff Center on February 3 by her mother. From where her statement was recorded before the CWC i.e. Child Welfare Committee. Where the minor victim along with Palak Hela went to Indira IVF and accepted to undergo ova extraction.
By making fake Aadhaar card the victim was shown as a child and married.
Along with this, the victim had also told that after ova extraction, she was harassed by her mother and was thrown out of the house. Investigation has also revealed that the minor victim Palak used to work as a waitress in wedding functions with Hela. Palak and her mother Rinki had prepared the minor victim to be an IVF donor by luring her with money.
After this, he was coaxed and taken to Seema Bharatiya’s wife Dilip Bharatiya. Where a fake Aadhaar card was prepared from Seema Bharatiya’s son Himanshu Bharatiya. In this, the minor victim was shown as married and a child. Seema Bharatiya took the minor victim to Kalpana Bharatiya, the registered agent of Indira IVF. The consent affidavit of the minor victim was prepared by Kalpana Bharatiya. After this, on January 20, 2026, ova extraction was done at Indira IVF on the basis of fake documents.
Arrested for illegal ova extraction of minor
On the basis of the facts revealed in the investigation in this case, Phaphamau police station has detained Palak Hela, her mother Rinki Hela, Seema Bharatiya, her son Himanshu Bharatiya and Kalpana Bharatiya for preparing fake documents and getting the minor ova extracted illegally by pretending to be an adult. The detained accused are being interrogated thoroughly. Investigations are also being done about other associates of the accused involved in this. Action will be taken to arrest the detained accused and send them to jail. Along with this, investigation and legal action will be ensured on the basis of merits in the order of evidence.
