Keep sweets in a corner of the refrigerator and store snacks in closed containers. The less you see, the less cravings you will have.

3. Plan your meals in advance – If you decide in advance what to eat throughout the day, then you can avoid eating without thinking. 6. Keep healthy snacks in front – When you feel hungry, instead of snacks, keep healthy options like roasted gram, dry fruits, makhana, or fruits nearby. With this, you will not feel like eating something fried again and again and your stomach will also remain light.

7. Keep gap between meals – After eating once, a gap of 3 to 4 hours is necessary between the next meal. This improves digestion and you avoid eating something again and again. If you have eaten heavy meals twice a day, then take only light fruits or healthy snacks for the third time.
8. Drink water, cravings will reduce – Drinking a glass of water 15 or 20 minutes before eating reduces hunger and you will eat less. Also, it is important to keep the body hydrated throughout the day so that digestion remains healthy and you do not feel lethargic.
