Alcohol: Even if alcohol is consumed regularly in small amounts, it damages the liver cells. Drinking more alcohol can cause serious illness like liver cirrhosis. Therefore, it is very important to keep alcohol in the limit.

Extra salt: Salt is necessary, but its consumption in large quantities causes water to accumulate water and inflammation. Junk foods, salty and processed items already have a lot of salt, causing a gradual damage to the liver.
