Body Pain after Gym: ‘As soon as it comes from the gym, it seems as if the body has been broken ….’ If you also feel like this after the workout, then you are not alone. Many people have heavy fatigue and muscles pens after workouts. But do you know what is the reason behind this. Actually, it is a good thing to go to the gym.

It is considered a good way to stay healthy, but some mistakes during workouts can cause body pain. They require attention. Let us know why there is pain in your body after gym and where are you making mistakes…

1. Jumping directly to workouts without warming up

It is necessary to heat the body before starting a workout. If you are doing deadlifts, squat or pushups without stretching or light cardio, there is a sudden pressure on the muscles, which can cause swelling and pain. Therefore, before every session, do a warm up for 5-10 minutes.

2. Do not drink water after workouts

Along with sweat from the body, minerals and water also come out. If you do not take water or electrolytes after the workout, then the muscles become tight due to dehydration and start hurting. Drink one or two glasses of water after exercise, you can also take coconut water if you want.

3. Proper post-workout diet deficiency

Protein and carbs are required for muscle recovery after workouts. If you stay on an empty stomach or just drinking water, then the body does not get energy to rebuild. For this, eat some protein rich within 30 minutes of workouts. Banana and peanut butter, eggs, moongdal chila or protein shake are considered good.

4. Do not complete sleep

The incomplete sleep of the night spoils the muscles recovery. Your muscles are repaired only when you sleep. Be sure to try to sleep at least 7-8 hours at night. Because the body will get a chance to recover from plenty of sleep.

5. Forget to stretching and cool down

Even after finishing the workout, it is necessary to bring your body into normal mode gradually. If you get up directly and go home, then the blood circulation starts stopping and there is tightness in the muscles. Always do light stretching or walk for 5 minutes, so that the pain can reduce.

6. Avoid heavy workouts

According to fitness experts, there is no need to go to the gym every day and do heavy workouts. Some people do heavy training every day, due to which there is no time to recover the muscles. Such people must rest at least 1-2 days a week.
