While talking to Filmfare, Farhan Akhtar revealed about the shooting of ‘Don 3’. He told, “We will start filming next year. This is probably the biggest update I can give you.” Let us tell you that earlier, the makers of ‘Don 3’ were planning to start shooting of this film in September 2025. However, due to unknown reasons it was later postponed.

‘Don 3’ is a much awaited film. This time Ranveer Singh will be seen as Don in place of Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan. In the third franchise of the film, Ranveer Singh will be seen clashing with Vikrant Massey. Interestingly, Ranveer and Vikrant are working together again in this film after “Dil Dhadakne Do”. Both of them also worked in Vikramaditya Motwane’s “Lootera” in 2013. However, this is the first time that they will be seen clashing with each other on-screen.
According to the report of News 18, a source associated with the film had earlier said, “Believe me, there will be many stylish action sequences including bike chase between the two. Hindi cinema’s favorite Vikrant will be seen in a completely new avatar in Don 3, which even the fans will be surprised to see.”
Kriti Sanon will now be seen in place of Kiara in ‘Don 3’
Initially, Kiara Advani was signed to play the lead role opposite Ranveer Singh in ‘Don 3’. However, recent reports suggest that she has backed out of the project and has been replaced by Kriti Sanon. But the makers have not announced anything officially regarding this.
