Us-china relationship: Amid the headlines of increasing closeness between the US and China, it is now reported that US President Donald Trump is going to visit China. Trump has said that he is ready to go to China to talk to Chinese President Xi Jinping on foreign policy and economic issues.
Trump expressed desire to meet Jinping
In an interview with Fox News on 16 May, when Trump was asked if he wanted to meet Xi Jinping during his foreign trip? So in response, the President said, “Surely.” Trump further said that the relationship between China and America is important. In his second term, US President has repeatedly expressed his desire to meet Jinping. Earlier, he has also predicted a conversation with Jinping on the phone as recently it was agreed to temporarily stop tariff war between the two countries. This tariff started after imposing heavy tariffs on the sugar imports of War Trump.
