Trump World Center: US President Donald Trump’s real estate company Pune is planning to open its first commercial tower. The motive behind this is to take advantage of the increasing demand of offices in a country with increasing population like India.
Trump’s real estate company is increasing its scope in India, the largest market outside the American at a time when the discussion on bilateral trade agreement between the two countries is on zoos. Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently met Trump at the White House. During this time, Trump indicated that India is also included in the same countries, on which the US can impose recipes from April 2.
Project will be prepared in so many crores
Let us know that the Trump World Center will be constructed on North Main Road in Koregaon Park Annexe in Pune in partnership with local licensed partner Tribeta Developers and Real Estate Company Kundan Spaces for Trump Organization. According to Tribaca developers, an investment of about Rs 1,700 crore is being done on this project. Later the revenue will be divided between 50-50 percent Tribaca developers and Kundan Spaces.
More than one facility in the tower
According to a report, this project will be built in more than 1.6 million square feet, which will have two glass towers, which will have height more than 27 floors. One of these tower will have self office, while in the other office space will be given on rent. The project will feature Crach, Salon, Auditorium, Gym, Sports Facilides as well as spa, restaurant and grocery store.
Trump organization is spreading in India
The tower is expected to sell more than Rs 25 billion ($ 289 million). Let us know that this will be the first commercial office project of Trump Organization in India, while it is the second project of the company in Pune.
Earlier, Trump Organization had partnered with Panchsheel Realty for the development of residential project in the city. There are already 4 commercial projects of Trump brand in India and due to this, India is the second largest market for the company outside the US. In the coming time, many more projects can also be discussed.
According to a report by real estate firm JLL, there was a strong increase in the demand for office space in India in 2024. In seven major cities of the country, the activity of giving office space on lease saw an increase of about 23 percent year after year.
