Trade war has started with the installation of recipe on the countries of the world on behalf of America. Trump had already imposed a tariff of 20 per cent on Chinese goods imported into the US. Now he imposed a 34 percent recipe tariff on China, after which the tariff on Chinese goods has increased to 54 percent. After this, China imposed a counter -fee of 34 percent on the US. Meanwhile, Trump threatened to impose 50 percent tariff on sugar imports, which will make the tariff on Chinese goods 70 percent.
The US President said that if China till tomorrow (Tuesday 8 April 2025) does not withdraw the additional tariffs levied on American goods in response to their initial charges, they will impose 50 per cent tariff on sugar imports by Wednesday. Posting on social media, Trump said that if the counter -duty is not withdrawn, the US will end all talks with China.
China’s Finance Ministry said on Friday (4 April 2025) that an additional tariff of 34% would be imposed on all the goods imported from the US from April 10. China had described the American tariff as Dadagiri and said that it would not only harm America’s interests, but will also endanger global economic development, supply chain.
