The Delhi Premier League qualifier-2 match was played between East Delhi Riders and West Delhi Lions on Saturday, in which East Delhi scored 139 runs while batting first. Nitish scored an unbeaten 45 runs in 26 balls in qualifier-2 at a strike rate of 173.08, hit 2 sixes and 4 fours. Ayush scored an unbeaten 54 in 49 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 4 fours. Earlier, in the eliminator match, Nitish Rana scored 134 runs in 55 balls.

Earlier, Arpit Rana scored the most 50 runs for East Delhi Riders. In this innings played in 38 balls, he hit 2 sixes and 3 fours. Manan Bhardwaj took the most wickets for West Delhi, he took 3 wickets for 22 runs in his spell of 4 overs. Tishant Dabla and Anirudh Chaudhary took 2-2 wickets.

New champion will be available in DPL 2025

The winner of the first edition of the Delhi Premier League is out of the East Delhi Riders. That is, it has been confirmed that this time a team will win its first DPL title. Earlier, Central Delhi Kings confirmed their place in the final by defeating East Delhi in qualifier-1.

The Delhi Premier League will be played between West Delhi Lions and Central Delhi Kings today (31 August) at Arun Jaitley Stadium. The final match will start at 7 pm in the evening.
