Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has issued a notification for the recruitment of scientist ‘B’ and engineer posts. The application process for this recruitment has started and now its last date is also near. Applications for this recruitment have been sought through Recruitment and Assessment Center (RAC). If you have not yet applied, do it soon, because the last date of application has been fixed on 13 June 2025.

DRDO Scientist ‘B’ – 127 posts
ADA Scientist/Engineer ‘B’ – 09 posts
Encadred Post Scientist ‘B’ – 12 posts
Total posts – 148
What should be the qualification?
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a degree of B.Tech, M.Sc, MA or Post Graduate Science from a recognized institute. Along with this, it is also mandatory for the candidate to have a GATE score card. The special thing is that students who are taking the final semester exam can also apply. Age limit
Maximum age of General/EWS class candidates – 35 years
OBC (NCL) – 38 years
SC/ST – 40 years
How much salary?
If you talk about salary, then selected candidates will get 56,100/- per month under Level-10. If you add the rest of HRA and other allowances, then this amount can reach about 1 lakh rupees per month.
How will the selection be?
Shortlisting depending on the GATE score
Personal interview
The final selection will be based on 80% weightage GATE score and 20% interview. Candidates will later get information about the interview from the website of RAC/DRDO.
