What is Pateller Tendinopathy disease?
Pateller Tendinopathy is a disease that is associated with inflammation of tendon connecting the knee cap to the calf bone. It would have a problem of pain in the front part of the knee, which is in the tendon connecting the knee cap (patella) to the calf bone. Apart from this, it is also called Phetailophemorel Pen syndrome (PFPS), which is called pain around the knee cap. This problem occurs to those who sit for a long time and it is also called the knee of the runner or the knee of the jumper. During driving, brakes and persistent pressure on accelerator can increase the knee pain, along with the pressure on the knee joint and the surrounding tendon can cause swelling and pain, as the manual car involves the movements of the feet.

In this disease, driving can cause tightness in the muscles around the knee and the knee-supporting muscles can weaken, due to which you may have a serious problem.

Pateller is the most important to prevent tendenopathy disease that you do not keep your seat far behind and sit near the paddle. While using the paddle, your knee angle should not be more than 30 degrees. Apart from this, keep in mind that your knees should be right on the edge of the seat so that there is a place to move the knee. Along with this, take a break on long driving and stretch the feet once every 45 minutes. While driving the car, keep the height of the seat in such a way that your knee can be turned easily, so that there is no constant pressure on the feet. Apart from this, to strengthen the knee muscles, include exercise in your daily routine.
