Initially 25 to 30 services have been added in this scheme being started by the government. Over time, more departments will be included in it.
How to get government documents on WhatsApp?
If any necessary document is required, then you have to send ‘HI’ on a special number. After this, your certificate will be downloaded from the document verification and QR code. In this you will get AI service. An AI Chatbot will give you information about services in Hindi and English and explain plans.
What to do if you do not have WhatsApp?
If you do not have a smartphone or internet facility, then a Common Service Center (CSC) will be created in the districts for you from where you can get these government facilities easily. Preparations are being done by the government for this.
Delhi government working closely with Meta
WhatsApp governance is part of Delhi Government’s ‘Digital Transformation Strategy’. This system is being brought for public convenience. If you want, you can get the necessary government documents by using your phone at 1.00 pm. For this, you will not have to visit the office nor stand in line. The Delhi government is working together for this.

Earlier, the common man government had brought the ‘dorstep delivery’ system for public convenience, the work of more than 30 government departments was included in the gym.
