Delhi is an important update for students of Technological University (DTU). The university has started the process of online registration for the third semester of BTech’s odd semester (3rd, 5th, 7th) and Bachelor of Design (BDES).
Registration for B.Tech students has started today, July 11 at 3 pm, while this process for BDES students will start from 3 pm on July 14. The last date for application for both courses has been fixed till 11:59 pm on 25 July.
Students will have to register online this time by being very cautious, because no other opportunity will be given after the last date. Also, this time there will be no separate registration for the odd semester examination. That is, this application will be valid like your exam form.
Check passwords from now on
DTU has given strict instructions to the students to go to Reg.exam.dtu.ac.in website and check their registered email ID and password before registration. If you have forgotten the password, then reset it before the registration starts, because there will be no option to change the password at the time of registration.
Registration is necessary for everyone
It is mandatory for every student to register online by selecting their main and alternative courses. Any type of offline application such as changing, removing or adding courses will not be valid. Also, third year students will be able to register only when they have passed the first year. Similarly, the final year form can be filled only when the second year has been cleared.
Take care in course selection
The university has advised the students not to choose the courses already done nor choose a course that is to be taught further. Once the registration is completed, it will be necessary to download the form in PDF. If the department demands, its printed copy may also have to be submitted.
Applying process
- First go to reg.exam.dtu.ac.in.
- Login with email ID and password.
- Choose your semester and select the main and optional course.
- Fill the information about name, roll number, department and course carefully.
- Submit the form and download the PDF form and keep it saved.
