Life Insurance Corporation of India
LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) has purchased 5.12 lakh debentures of Bajaj Finance, whose face value is Rs 1 lakh per debenture. That means a total of Rs 5120 crore. These funds will be used for general business purposes.
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
The company, through its joint venture with Japan’s Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), has signed shipbuilding contracts (SBCs) with South Korea’s Samsung Heavy Industries to build two very large ethane carriers (VLECs), the results of which can be seen on its shares today.
Rail Vikas Nigam
Rail Vikas Nigam has emerged as the lowest bidder for the order worth Rs 242.5 crore received from South Central Railway. The order includes OHE design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning for upgrading the existing 1x25kV system to 2x25kV feeding system along with feeder and earthing work in Ongole-Gudur section of Vijayawada.
Titagarh Rail Systems
The company has signed an agreement with ABB to provide propulsion systems for 25kV metro projects. This framework includes transfer of technology to TCMS for 25kV driverless metro system and transfer of manufacturing of converter and traction motors under the ‘Make in India’ policy of the Government of India.
PC Jeweler
PC Jeweler announced its financial results for the September-December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY2025–26) after the market closed on Tuesday. There was a 28 percent jump in its profit this quarter as compared to Rs 146 crore in the same quarter last year. With this increase, the company’s net profit was recorded at Rs 187 crore. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations jumped 37 percent to Rs 875 crore as compared to Rs 639 crore in the same quarter last year.
Infosys
Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with leading AI-powered development platform Cursor. Under this, both will work together to create a Center of Excellence (CoE) to accelerate the adoption of software engineering agents in the development of AI-native products.
