The names of actor Abhishek Bachchan and actress Aishwarya Rai are counted among the power couples of Bollywood. However, a few months ago rumors of the couple’s divorce had surfaced. Then Abhishek and Aishwarya remained silent on these rumours. But now the actor has reacted to the news of divorce for the first time. Abhishek has called these rumors baseless and nonsense.
In a recent interview with Peeping Moon, Abhishek Bachchan talked about the rumors of divorce with Aishwarya Rai. He said- ‘If you are a celebrity, people will want to speculate on everything. And whatever nonsense he has written is completely false, it is not based on facts, it is useless and wrong. But now, how much can I say… he is doing this even before marriage.
‘This is all nonsense, she knows my truth…’
Abhishek Bachchan further said that such speculations were being made even before his and Aishwarya’s marriage. He said- ‘Before marriage, he was speculating about the time of our marriage. Then after marriage, they were speculating about our divorce… this is all nonsense. She knows my truth. I know its truth. We will return to a happy and healthy family, which is most important. That’s all that matters.’
Aaradhya Bachchan is unaware of her parents’ divorce rumors
During this, Abhishek Bachchan also revealed the reaction of daughter Aaradhya Bachchan on the rumors of divorce with Aishwarya Rai. He told that Aaradhya would not know about these rumors because she does not have a personal phone. Abhishek Bachchan said- ‘I hope he doesn’t know. She is a very intelligent girl. She is a wonderful child and her mother has done a great job. I don’t think he realizes it, but I don’t think it’s his priority. She doesn’t have a phone and is 14 years old. If his friends want to contact him, they will have to call his mother’s phone. We had decided this long ago.
‘I don’t think they will Google our name…’
Abhishek further said about Aaradhya- ‘She is more interested in doing her homework. He likes school very much. I don’t think she will search our name on Google. She won’t believe anything. His mother has taught him well not to believe everything he reads. Just like my parents were with me, we are completely honest with the family. Therefore there never came an occasion when anyone needed to doubt anyone.
