Womens T20 World Cup 2026 Schedule: England will be hosting the T20 Women’s World Cup to be held in the year 2026. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has released the World Cup schedule, according to which the first match of the tournament will be played between hosts England and Sri Lanka. The T20 World Cup will run till June 12-5. The first match of the Indian team will be with the arch -rivals Pakistan on 14 June. Let us tell you that a total of 12 teams will be participating in the World Cup, which will be divided into two groups of 6-6 teams.

In the top-2 of each group, the finish team will get entry in the semi-finals. 2 other qualifying teams including India, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia are reported to be kept in Group-A. At the same time, England, West Indies, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and two other qualifying teams will get a place in Group-B.
A total of 6 grounds have been selected for the World Cup tournament. Their names are Lords, The Oval, Edgebaceton, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Bristol County Ground and Hampshire Ball Maidan. The matches will start at 3 pm, 7 pm and 11 pm Indian time.

India’s schedule for World Cup
India’s first match in the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup will be with arch -rivals Pakistan on 14 June. On June 17, he will have to face the team qualifying in Group-A, while on June 21, he is to match South Africa and on June 25, he will match the second qualifier team. Team India’s last group match will be held on June 28 with Australia.
