Her husband Manmohan Gupta runs a company, which works as a decoration of big and special houses. This couple lives in a luxurious bungalow in Kapaliishwar Nagar in Nilankarai.
Accused of money transfer
According to the information, about ten ED officers came in three vehicles and started raiding Manmohan Gupta’s house. It is being told that this action has been taken on the basis of a complaint, in which it has been alleged that money has been transferred illegally through Manmohan Gupta’s company. Now the ED is investigating whether the money was used in any wrongdoing. During the investigation, the officers have also received some documents.
ED officials have said that if needed, they can also check Manmohan Gupta’s other homes and offices. At present, his house is being raided in Chennai.
Officials say that after completion of the investigation, it will be clear whether a case will be registered against Manmohan Gupta? Whether what has been said in the complaint is any basis for them?
