Ejaz Khan is accused of making objectionable and obscene comments on social media against the mother and sister of YouTuber Harsh Beniwal. Now the actor has got anticipatory bail in this case.

In this case, Delhi High Court said that everything posted on the internet reaches people very easily. Therefore, when a person has a large audience and influence in the society, he should post content very carefully. Delhi High Court said that this case is based on the video recorded from the actor’s phone which is now with the Bombay Police. In such a situation, there is no need to take Khan into custody.
