Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has once again launched a scathing attack on Eknath Shinde faction. He said, “The traitors accuse us… who is Rajesh More, we do not even know.” Sanjay Raut also questioned the achievements of Pratap Sarnaik and Eknath Shinde and said that all this is just an attempt to divert attention. He bluntly said that whether he will go to Thane or not, there is no question- he has come to Thane tomorrow.
Political rhetoric within the party intensifies
Sanjay Raut said that Rajan Vichare is already in the party and if he had not been there, Shinde would not have been there. On the issue of Satish Pradhan’s ticket, he attacked Shinde and said that “Satish Pradhan himself was nominated by Balasaheb Thackeray.” He claimed that the mentality of Shinde faction is of a very low level and now it is over.
Sanjay Raut alleged, “We have never put a photo of anyone else with Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray. Hey, put a big photo from PM Modi or Anand Dighe!” He said that Shinde faction is gradually merging into the BJP and he is not afraid of threats.
Sharp questions on Shiv Sena, BJP and Bullet Trains
Sanjay Raut has also raised questions about the bullet train project. He said, “Let the bullet train be made… we are opposed, because we had never demanded it. Why have you not pair from Delhi to Mumbai? It is just a hurry to connect Mumbai to Gujarat.”
He also surrounded the state government on the traffic and basic facilities of Mumbai and asked if there was any answer on this? Raut also targeted Shambhuraj Desai and said that “You are a traitor… are agitating against a respected leader like Anand Dighe”. He told that Dighe Saheb chose Thane and strengthened the party in Maharashtra.
Uddhav Thackeray’s visit and political movement of future
Sanjay Raut said that Uddhav Thackeray will visit Pune and Marathwada on 4 October. He also commented on the meetings of Devendra Fadnavis and MNS chief Raj Thackeray and said that “all these are just efforts to create stress.”
On the statements of BJP leaders, Raut said that despite being an MLA, he does not keep dignity and fight in the assembly. Sanjay Raut made it clear that he is not going to be afraid of threats and will open his views openly. He said that the leaders of BJP and Shinde faction are gradually becoming united, but Shiv Sena (UBT) is adamant on its views.
