The 11th test of SpaceX’s Starship, considered one of the most powerful rockets in the world, was successful. It was launched from Boca Chica, Texas at 5.00 am on Tuesday (14 October). This test was of 1 hour and 6 minutes, in which water landing of the super heavy booster was done in the Gulf of America. Its video has also surfaced. The purpose of this test was to bring the rocket back to the place of flight in the future.
SpaceX, the company of world’s richest businessman Elon Musk, has already conducted many tests. Its 10th test was done on 27 August. This test was also successful. The upper part of the rocket is called Starship Spacecraft and the lower part is called Super Heavy Booster. It is collectively called Starship. Its height is 403 feet. It is as tall as a 40-storey building. The important thing is that it is reusable.
Rocket falls into Gulf of Mexico
Actually, SpaceX has made this rocket completely reusable. For this reason, Starship separated from the super heavy rocket a few minutes after launch as planned. This process is called hot staging. Then the rocket fell into the Gulf of Mexico. Flames were seen after the rocket fell. However this test was completely successful.
