China Company Gifts Flats To Employees: In today’s times, there is no assurance of how long a job will last. But a Chinese company has taken such a decision for its staff, which is surprising everyone.
This company has announced to distribute 18 flats among its employees. The price of these flats is between Rs 1.3 crore to Rs 1.50 crore. These flats are being given to those employees who have completed at least three years of service in the company.
According to the report of South China Morning Post, the aim of the company is to retain the employees for a long time and motivate them to learn new skills. About 450 employees work in this company that provides flats to its employees.
Zhejiang Guosheng Company gave flats
Zhejiang Guosheng Automotive Technology has given this gift to its employees. The company produces automotive components. Regarding this decision, the General Manager of the company said that this is a decision taken under long term consideration.
He told that, this year 5 employees are being given flats. At the same time, 8 more flats will be distributed next year. There is a plan to give a total of 18 flats in three years. The area of all these flats is 1076 to 1615 square feet. The total output value of the company in 2024 was $70 million.
Flats will be transferred after so many days
All the flats have been built within 5 kilometers of the industrial area. The company is also getting the employees to sign a contract. Under which the flats will be handed over to them after the completion of the work and the flats will be transferred to the employees only after completing 5 years of official service.
