The matter was such that the man’s manager was apologizing to him for something that had happened the day before. From the looks of it, he probably had said something that was objectionable and the manager was afraid that his team members might take it personally. It was clear from the conversation between the two that the man did not reach the office the next day due to feeling bad about something said by the boss.
On this, the boss apologized to him and messaged him, “Brother, I am sorry again for yesterday. Don’t feel bad or take it personally. I am always with you.” When there was no response to this message, the manager wrote again, “It’s evening, brother, where are you?”

Responding to the message, the man wrote, “Enough sir. I am sending you a resignation mail. I will not work here.” The boss further asked if they could talk, but the answer was ‘no’. This post went viral rapidly. Most people took the employee’s side and praised him for taking care of his self-respect.
