This is a golden opportunity for MBBS doctors to get government jobs. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has issued recruitment notification for IMO Grade-II posts. The most important thing about this recruitment is that the selection of candidates will be based on the merit list of UPSC CMSE 2024 and there will be no separate examination or interview. There are a total of 225 posts and this appointment will be done in different hospitals and health institutions of ESIC.
For this post, it is mandatory for the candidate to have MBBS degree. Apart from this the candidate must have completed mandatory rotating internship. Applications without internship will not be accepted. With this qualification, candidates will be considered eligible for ESIC IMO Grade-II post.
The maximum age of the candidate for this recruitment has been fixed at 35 years. Age will be calculated considering August 1, 2024 as the base. SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories will get age relaxation as per government rules.
How much salary will you get?
The candidate selected for IMO Grade-II post will get salary as per Pay Level 10 of 7th Pay Commission. This includes basic salary from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 per month. Apart from this, the candidate will also get the benefit of NPA, DA, HRA, TA and other government allowances.

Selection in this recruitment will be done on the basis of merit list of UPSC CMSE 2024. There will be no separate written examination or interview. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be shortlisted. There will be document verification of shortlisted candidates. After this the candidates will have to undergo medical examination. Only those candidates who meet the medical fitness standards will be finalized.
