I can’t comment this

Talking about Arijit Singh’s retirement, Armaan Malik said, ‘Being another singer in the industry, I cannot comment on why he took this step. Because I consider him like my brother. We have met many times in Amaal’s recording studio, because he has recorded many songs for my brother. I myself have been a part of those recording sessions.

Armaan further said, ‘For this reason I can say that the reason behind Arijit’s decision to leave playback singing is not toxic studio culture. At least I have not had any bitter experience of this in my career. But, I cannot tell why they took this decision. Because, this was his personal decision.

Armaan further said, ‘Armaan has given a lot to this industry. In such a situation, it is not right for us to speculate as to why he has taken this step. I believe that in a decade he has given us many best songs. If he feels that he has left playback singing, then I think he is leaving it at a very beautiful place. I look at it in a very positive way. I don’t think there was anything wrong with him that forced him to do this.
