After 7 months of Operation Sindoor, Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba is once again preparing to attack in India and according to exclusive information received by ABP News from intelligence sources, Lashkar has started preparations for attacks in India. On the orders of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, Lashkar has included 12 suicide terrorists trained by it in Islamic State Khorasan (ISKP).
ISI is planning a big conspiracy against India
According to exclusive information received by ABP News, Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has ordered Lashkar to carry out the next major attack in India from a group of 12 trained suicide terrorists of Lashkar, but they should be shown to be involved in ISKP. Due to this, the name of Pakistan or Lashkar will not come directly and the attack will be considered related to global terrorism (ISKP).
Who is in command of the group?
- The command of this Lashkar-ISKP fidayeen group has been handed over to Lashkar commander Abu Huraira, who is active in India since 2021.
- The deputy commander is Mohammad Omar alias Rabbit, who is active in India since 2022.
- A prominent terrorist included in the group is Abu Dujana, who is a resident of Chichawatni, Punjab, Pakistan. He was trained by Lashkar in 2018 and in 2024, at the age of 18, he was infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir.
Where were these 12 suicide terrorists trained?
The training of these terrorists took place in different years in Lashkar’s Abdullah bin Masood camp in Muzaffarabad (PoK) and Mosque Omar bin Khattab in Forward Kahuta. Abu Dujana and Umar Lone became friends during training in Baramulla in 2018. Umar Lone was killed by security forces in Bandipora in June 2024.
What is ISI’s strategy?
Investigation by intelligence agencies has revealed that-
- After Operation Sindoor, in May 2025, ISI had ordered to stop all the activities of Lashkar for a short time and to keep the terrorists low profile.
- In August 2025, PoK Sector Commander Brigadier Faiq Ayub (known as the Butcher of Punjab) held a meeting with top Lashkar commanders Saifullah Sajid Jatt and Huzaifa Bakarwal.
- In the meeting, orders were given to include 10-12 fidayeens in ISKP and to carry out attacks through them, so that Pakistan’s ‘deniability’ (ability to deny) remains intact.
- This module was created with the help of Huzaifa Bakarwal, resident of Rawalpindi, and Nazim-e-Aala Rana Ashfaq of Lashkar. Huzaifa Bakarwal is currently running this group.
ISI made strategy of joint module
According to retired Colonel Shailendra Singh, defense expert and advisor to the Global Counter Terrorism Council, India had decided after the Pahalgam attack that every terrorist attack would be considered an act of war. Only ISI can make the strategy for the joint module of Lashkar-Islamic States. It is Pakistan’s compulsion that despite the presence of terrorist and commander Lashkar in the new strategy, the name will be ISKP.
We will get freedom by cutting the neck of Hindus
After this joint module became active in Jammu and Kashmir, Lashkar has again openly threatened India. On January 13, 2026, in Rawalakot (Hazira area) of PoK, chief Lashkar terrorist Abdullah Kashmiri alias Abu Musa prayed for the slain terrorists and said, ‘Kashmir will get independence not by begging but by cutting the necks of Hindus.’ Abu Musa quoted former Pok Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq and said that the Kashmir issue will be resolved only through terrorism and jihad.
Green signal given on the condition that Pakistan’s name is not mentioned.
According to the report of Indian intelligence agencies, the command of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is currently being handled by Lieutenant General Ahmed Ehsan Nawaz, head of X Corps of Pakistani Army and Sector Commander of Pok of ISI, Brigadier Faiq Ayub. Jaish-e-Mohammed in October 2025 and Lashkar in December have been given the green signal to resume attacks on the condition that Pakistan’s name is not mentioned.
