After the landslide victory in the assembly elections (2025), preparations are on to form a new government in Bihar. The swearing in ceremony will take place at Gandhi Maidan. Meanwhile, ABP News has talked to Rashtriya Lok Morcha chief and Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha. He gave an open statement on who will be the Chief Minister in the new government and how many ministers will be made from his party.
‘Nitish Kumar will be the Chief Minister in the new government’
Upendra Kushwaha said, “Nitish Kumar is the Chief Minister. Nitish Kumar will remain the Chief Minister in the new government also. There was no confusion regarding the post of CM before and there is no confusion now. He said that the swearing in ceremony is on 20th November. How many ministers will be formed from our party… talks have been held with allies regarding who will be made. Everything was smooth in NDA and will remain so.”
In response to a question, the Rashtriya Lok Morcha chief said, “Vote theft was not an issue in the elections. The opposition’s allegation is frustration of defeat. Don’t question EVMs if you win. Not a single voter came before the media and talked about vote theft.”
Kushwaha claimed break in the grand alliance
During the conversation, Upendra Kushwaha was asked whether there could be a break in the Grand Alliance? He made a big claim on this. Said that there is no such thing as Grand Alliance anymore. What is left there now? Break it down and see how much is left. He said that any day people will move from here to there.
He also reacted to the ongoing dispute in Lalu family. It was said that Rohini has made many serious allegations, but Lalu is standing with Tejashwi. The future of the party has been told. On this, Upendra Kushwaha said, “The public is watching the condition of the Lalu family, but it is an internal matter. It is not right to comment, but what are the values they have here… what is their behavior with the people… it is visible.”
