It is alleged that he was operating the network in western countries through Major (retired) Atif Ikram living in America. Atif Ikram is the nephew of former senior Pakistani Army officer Lieutenant General Javed Nasir and is currently doing a general job in America.

Critics were targeted

It has been claimed in the revelations that critics of the Pakistani Army living in London, Canada and America were the main targets of this conspiracy. London-based Major (retired) Adil Raja, who has been criticizing the Pakistani military leadership for a long time. His house was attacked in December 2025. Britain’s Counter Terrorism Unit is investigating this matter.

Similarly, an alleged plan was made to intimidate and harm Captain (retired) Haider Mehdi, living in Canada. The allegation of surveillance of the house of Colonel (retired) Saeed Iqbal, who lives in America and gave important information related to Osama Bin Laden to American agencies, has come to light.

Serious allegations from audio recording

In the audio recording available with ABP News, it can allegedly be heard that in western countries, there is talk of threatening black criminals by paying them or getting them shot. The conversations also indicate that all this was not an individual crime but was being done under a planned and organized network, which is being seen as a state sponsored activity.

In another audio clip it has been claimed that this entire operation was going on with the knowledge of the top leadership of ISI. If these allegations are proved true then it will be considered a serious violation of international law and sovereignty.
