There is news of an explosion in a big explosives manufacturing company in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This horrific explosion has caused a massive fire. A big explosion took place in a company manufacturing gunpowder, detonators and other explosives near Raulgaon in Katol taluka of Nagpur district.
About 15 laborers were injured in this accident. The injured workers were admitted to a nearby hospital. Where 15 employees have died in the explosion at SBL Energy Company during treatment. 18 others are said to be injured. It is being told that the number of deaths is likely to increase further.
Fire broke out in the factory after the explosion
After this big explosion, a massive fire broke out in the factory. After which a cloud of smoke was seen in the sky. Rescue work has started immediately after this accident. According to initial information, the blast took place in SBL company between 6 am and around 7 am.
At the time of the blast, 32 workers and 2 supervisors were working in the factory. The fire was so fierce that it engulfed the workers at once. Detonators were being made in this factory. According to initial information, the blast occurred when the wire was being connected to the detonator.
People heard sounds for several kilometers
During this time, the concrete building constructed on the spot has been completely destroyed and its intensity can be clearly seen. Local people say that the sound has been heard for several kilometers. At present, information about this fire has been given to the fire department.
The fire department team is trying to control the fire. The sound of this explosion created panic among the people of the area. A huge plume of smoke is visible from inside the factory from several kilometers away.
The local police administration and top officials of the district have reached the spot. Efforts are being made by the authorities to rescue the people trapped inside due to the fire. At present, efforts are also being made to control the situation.
