What was the result?
Those who were given Quercetin supplement, their blood pressure saw a decline in both day and night. At the same time, no such change was seen in the group taking placebo. Interestingly, the effect of Quercetin was seen only on blood pressure, not cholesterol, sugar.

According to research, consuming 162 mg of quercetin every day can be beneficial for people struggling with high blood pressure, especially if they are overweight or obese.
