Home Remedies for Eye Problems: Eyes are the most sensitive and essential part of our body. But these days, problems like eye irritation and water have become common due to reasons like working on screen, dust, lack of sleep or change in weather. 1. Keep pieces of cold cucumber

Cucumber (cucumber) cools the eyes and cools irritation immediately. Cut two thin slices of cucumber and cool in the fridge for a while. After this, keep the eyes for 10-15 minutes. Will get relief soon.

2. Wash eyes with rose water

Rose water has an antiseptic and cooling qualities. Take some rose water in a bowl and immerse cotton in it and keep the eyes lightly with rose water. There will be instant relief.

3. Sinking with cold water

Two or three times a day, splash of cold water on the eyes or reducing the burning sensation with a wet cold cloth reduces irritation. These remedies also prevent tears.

4. Carrot and Amla Consumption

If your diet is deficient in vitamins A and C, then there may be problems with eye. Include carrots, amla and green vegetables in your diet every day, which make the eyes strong from inside.

5. Reduce screen time

Blue light, which comes out of the screen of mobile, laptop and TV, tired the eyes. Look at something distant for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. Follow this 20-20-20 rule.

6. Yoga and exercise for eyes

If you want to avoid eye problems, then start doing yoga and exercise for the eyes. Exercising trataka, paming and blinking, relaxes eye muscles and relieves irritation.

If there are problems like severe pain in the eyes, less light appearing or persistent tears, do not ignore, go and see the doctor immediately. This can be a sign of any serious infection or allergy.
