step 1- Boil milk- To make paneer, first take full cream milk and boil it on medium flame. Keep stirring this milk in between so that it does not stick to the bottom.
Step 2- After boiling the milk properly, slowly add lemon juice or vinegar to the boiling milk and stir gently. After this, within some time the milk will curdle and the water will separate.
Step 3- Filter and wash- Now filter the curdled milk through a muslin cloth and wash it with cold water. So that the sourness of lemon or vinegar gets completely removed from it.
Step 4- Set the paneer – Lightly press the paneer wrapped in a cloth and keep it under a heavy object for 30 to 40 minutes, so that it becomes hard.
Step 5- Cool- After it cools down, take out the cheese and cut it into pieces. Now your fresh, creamy and healthy paneer is ready at home.
