She became a mother through IVF. Farah has spoken openly about IVF many times. She had undergone IVF when people did not talk about it. He had told in an interview how many difficulties he had to face in this process. Not only this, the doctor also advised her to abort the child.

Farah said- ,Shirish and I had already started talking about the children and thinking of names for them. When the doctor called her with the results, Farah was happy that there was some good news. The doctor said – Listen, Farah, don’t jump too much, I want you to remain calm, you are pregnant but do not raise your expectations too much because this is a multiple pregnancy., Farah further told that when she came to know that she was carrying triplets, she was asked to abort one fetus so that complications could be avoided.
Farah further told that within 10 days I got a call from the doctor and he told me that there are triplets. I said- ‘Yes doctor, I just came to know. We were very excited and the doctor gave us a reality check. We have to abort one baby because most twins start out as triplets. He said- You are about to turn 43, when the children come out, it will not be good for you. Your stomach is good and the lining is fab but three children is a big risk and one child will be very small.
