Congress not included in CM Abdullah’s cabinet?

Congress engaged in providing full state status to Jammu and Kashmir
Recently, the Congress demonstrated at Jantar Mantar in Delhi and demanded that Jammu and Kashmir be returned to the status of ‘full state’ soon.
