In the video, 54 -year -old actors are telling that they should eat only such foods for weight loss which were good for their health. He neither did any workout nor run, even did not take surgery and medicine. Just focus on eating and lost weight in 21 days.
In this video, Madhavan shared his routine and said that he took food like drinking and chewing water. This means that every Niwari used to chew 45-60 times so that he would become fit to swallow like water. This makes the food digest quickly and gives nutrition. Drink water sip and sip it so that the body remains hydrated.

How was the time to eat
R Madhavan told that he does intermittent fasting. It is helpful in maintaining weight loss and weight. Used to eat the last food of the day i.e. at 6:45 pm. After 3 pm, he did not eat anything raw.
