Which way better for weight loss

A new study has found that intermittent fasting reduces more weight than the calorie deficit diet. Researchers at the University of Colorado School of Medicine published their results at the Annals of Internal Medicine. The study has shown that 4: 3 plans are a favorite method of intermittent fasting, in which individuals eat 4 days a week openly and follow the low calorie diet three days a week.

This study showed that in a year average body weight decreased by 7.6% in this way, while the rate of weight loss in calorie deficit diet group was only 5%. However, the last few studies have not given much difference between these two methods.
