After the swearing in of the new government of Bihar, the departments have now been divided among the ministers. According to sources, the Home Department, which is considered the most important, has come to BJP this time. Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary has also been given the responsibility of Home Ministry.
In fact, this is the first time in the last 20 years that Nitish Kumar has not kept the Home Department with himself. Before this, the Home Department of Bihar had always been with Nitish Kumar. But this time he has left this department for BJP.
Now the responsibility of law and order of Bihar will also be in the hands of Samrat Chaudhary. Apart from this, he has also been made Deputy CM for the second consecutive time. Apart from land and revenue, the second Deputy CM Vijay Sinha has been given the responsibility of mines and geology department.
Apart from this, another important department, agriculture, has also gone to BJP’s account. BJP minister Ramkripal Yadav has been made the Agriculture Minister of Bihar.
