The sacred land of Sikar is soon going to be drenched with supernatural spiritual energy due to the unwavering devotion of Veer Hanuman and the echo of the name of Ram. For the first time in Shekhawati region, a grand and divine event of two-day 1.25 lakh Hanuman Chalisa recitation Mahayagya is being organised, which will prove to be a historical festival of devotion, spiritual practice and Sanatan culture for the entire region.
This huge Mahayagya will be performed under the sacred patronage of the saints and mahatmas of Shekhawati and the Mahant of Bolta Balaji Dham Temple Shri Sunil Tiwari Ji Maharaj and in the presence of Pandit Ashwani Mishra and Pandit Madhusudan Asopa.
Program information for 24 and 25 January 2026
In Mahayagya, Hanuman Chalisa will be recited together by 511 learned Vedic Brahmins, due to which the entire atmosphere will be immersed in devotion. 511 guests will participate in this sacred ritual and earn religious benefits.
Sushil Matolia of the organizing committee said that this divine event will be organized on 24 and 25 January 2026 at Bolta Balaji Dham, Madhav Sagar Pond, near Maru Park, Sikar. Mahayagya was conducted by Mahant Sunil Tiwari,
It will be done according to Vedic rituals under the guidance of Pandit Ashwini Mishra and Pandit Madhusudan Asopa and under the co-teachership of Pandit Arvind Maharaj and Pandit Pankaj Mishra.
On the first day, on January 24, the Mahayagya will begin at 9 am with formal worship and lighting of the Akhand Jyot. After this, in the spirit of entire world welfare, national peace and welfare of the people, a grand resolution will be taken to recite 1.25 lakh Hanuman Chalisa and mass recitations will begin.
Maha Aarti organized with 1100 lamps
On the second day, on January 25, after the morning puja and recitation, a grand Maha Aarti equipped with 1100 lamps will be organized at 5 pm, which will witness a wonderful spiritual experience for the devotees. After this, Mahaprasad Bhandara will be organized and the nectar of devotion to Ram and devotion to Hanuman will flow in the nightly bhajan-jagran.
A grand publicity poster of the program was released in the press conference organized on this occasion.
