Political activities have intensified regarding the assembly elections in Bihar. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with the youth workers of Bihar through the program ‘Mera Booth Sabse Strong’ on Thursday (October 23, 2025). PM Modi said, my young friends of Bihar, many best wishes to all of you on the festival of Bhai Dooj. Today is also the holy day of Chitragupta Puja, today the worship of ledgers is also done. Nowadays GST savings festival is also going on in the country. I have come to know that the youth of Bihar have also made a lot of purchases for themselves during the GST Bachat Utsav. The youth of Bihar are taking great advantage of the reduction in GST on bikes and scooters.
He said that in this excitement of festivals, preparations for the worship of Chhathi Maiya are also in full swing. Along with all this, Bihar is also celebrating the great festival of democracy. This is an election to write a new chapter of prosperity of Bihar. The youth of Bihar have a big role in this, hence getting the opportunity to communicate with you young friends of Bihar gives equal pleasure.
Development work is happening in every area of Bihar- PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, ‘I will tell all the youth of Bihar to gather all the youth in every booth and the elderly people in that area should come and tell everyone about the old things. A program can be made to tell all their disturbing experiences to the new generation.
He said, ‘Today the Mahayagya of development is going on in the country and Bihar is also walking shoulder to shoulder in it. In Bihar, work is being done in every area and in every direction. Hospitals are being built somewhere, good schools are being built somewhere, new railway routes are being built somewhere. A big reason for this is that there is a stable government in the country and Bihar. When there is stability, development happens faster. This is also the strength of Bihar’s NDA government, that is why today every youth of Bihar is saying with enthusiasm – ‘Bihar has gained momentum, NDA government again’.
Bihar is celebrating the great festival of Chhath amidst the rush of elections – PM Modi
PM Modi said, ‘All the youth workers of Bihar have one more work to do. There will be a rush of elections and the great festival of Chhath is also in between, but immediately after Chhath, 31st October is National Unity Day, the birth anniversary of the great leader of the country, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Run for Unity is to be held on this day. I would say that no matter how much election turmoil there is in every village, Sardar Patel should be remembered. In big cities, a 15-20 minute unity run should be organized in every ward and more and more sons and daughters should be involved in it.
He said, ‘I have got all the power from 140 crore countrymen and all this power is the power of one vote of the voter. That vote has created such a situation that today Ram Mandir has been built, Operation Sindoor has also been done and the country is also moving rapidly towards freedom from Naxalism. This is the power of vote and I believe that my brothers and sisters of Bihar understand the power of vote the most in the whole of India, that is why after removing Jungle Raj once, today they do not want to let Jungle Raj come back under any circumstances.
Daughters of Bihar hoisted the flag everywhere – PM Modi
Prime Minister Modi said, ‘Today the daughters of Bihar are moving forward with confidence, this is a matter of great pride for all of us. Be it the field of science and technology, from aviation to space technology, fashion technology and fintech industry or fields like medical education and media, the daughters of Bihar have hoisted their flag everywhere.
The country and Bihar have been suffering from Naxalism for decades – PM Modi
He said, ‘Those who call themselves alliance, the people of Bihar call them Lathbandhan. They only know how to use sticks and fight. For those in alliance, their own self-interest is paramount. They are not worried about the youth of Bihar. For decades, the youth of the country and Bihar suffered from Naxalism and Maoist terrorism, but these people gave priority to their own interests and not to you. These people kept winning elections by taking help from Maoist terror.
He further said, ‘Naxalism-Maoist terrorism has played a big role in destroying Bihar. These Maoists did not allow schools, colleges, hospitals to open and destroyed the built institutions with bombs. They did not allow industries to enter, hence development was completely halted under their rule. I believe that he has ruined the future of two generations of Bihar.
