Former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA RD Prajapati has given a very controversial statement in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. By taking the names of storytellers Rambhadracharya and Aniruddhacharya, he commented against the storytellers and called them anti-women.
RD Prajapati was addressing the ‘SC-ST OBC Mahasammelan’ when he expressed his displeasure over the comments of the narrators and said, “Today, five babas are responsible for robbing the honor of sisters and daughters. There are five babas in this country who abuse the sisters and daughters in the crowd of crores.”
Controversial remarks against Rambhadracharya
In fact, some time ago the narrator Rambhadracharya, while explaining the full form of WIFE, had called it ‘Wonderful Instrument for Enjoy’. Commenting against this statement, the former BJP MLA used very controversial language. He made a misrepresentation while referring to Rambhadracharya’s mother and called the narrator ‘Abhadra’.
BJP leaders also angry at Aniruddhacharya
At the same time, there was a lot of controversy over the statement that narrator Aniruddhacharya had recently given regarding 25 year old girls. Along with women’s organizations, leaders and the general public also criticized Aniruddhacharya. Now RD Prajapati reacted to this statement. He said, “One Baba blushes and says that our sisters and daughters come back at the age of 25 with their faces beaten, they give up their youth. Why is there no action against them? I want them to be hanged. Such saints should be garlanded with shoes and paraded naked who speak from Vyas Peeth.”
Uproar when video goes viral
Giving a controversial statement, RD Prajapati even said, “Sisters and daughters have now become a plot. Anyone can register 100 times, register 1000 times.” It is being told that ever since this video of RD Prajapati has gone viral on the internet, there has been an uproar. Social media users are demanding action against the BJP leader.
Who is RD Prajapati?
RD Prajapati had contested the 2013 assembly elections on a BJP ticket and had also won. In the year 2018, instead of him, BJP gave the ticket to his son Rajesh Prajapati. He also won and remained MLA till 2023. After this RD Prajapati joined Samajwadi Party. Contested Lok Sabha elections from Tikamgarh in 2024, but lost.
