Royal Challengers Bangalore won their first IPL Trophy after 18 years. Under the captaincy of Rajat Patidar, Team RCB won the title by defeating Punjab Kings by 6 runs in the final. This was also the first IPL trophy of Virat Kohli playing for RCB from the first season. Due to this, different kinds of celebrations were celebrated in the whole country. Siddharth, son of former RCB team owner Vijay Mallya, also shared a video in the celebration but was removed by Instagram.

After RCB’s victory, Vijay Mallya shared some videos of the final moments of the match. In which he is watching TV and the final ball is being put. As soon as the team wins, Vijay Mallya starts crying in happiness, his tears were not stopping. But with the removal of this video, Instagram had banned Siddharth’s account for a few days that he could not talk to his followers.

Siddharth Mallya erupted like this

As soon as Siddharth Mallya’s Instagram account was banned, he shared a video and took out his anger. He said, “I shared an emotional video after RCB’s victory. It was liked by many people. But that video was removed and I was also banned from talking to followers. He alleged that there was a violation of copyright policy, whereas it was just a match scene in the background. It is absolutely absurd.”

Siddharth accused the BCCI and the IPL that he had taken away this historic moment from them. Siddharth used to come to the stadium in every match to support RCB in the initial season. But after allegations of bank scam, Vijay Mallya left India with his family and fled.

When the IPL started in 2008, Vijay Mallya was the owner of the RCB team, but now there was no stake in the ownership rights of this team. After 18 years, RCB won its first title in IPL 2025. He defeated Punjab Kings by 6 runs in the final played at Narendra Modi Stadium.
