After giving the exam, most of the students are worried about who will check their copies and who will give them marks. In such a situation, let us tell you today how teachers are selected for checking copies and how much money they get for checking copies.
Who checks CBSE copies?
The answer sheets of CBSE Board are checked only by the teachers appointed by the Board. For this, first the schools send the list of their qualified and experienced teachers to CBSE. After this, the board checks these names and gives the responsibility of checking the copies to the eligible teachers. The team that checks CBSE copies is also divided into many roles. There are head examiners who monitor the entire process of evaluation. After this, there are assistant examiners who check the copies of the students and then there are scrutinizers who, after giving marks, re-check the copies and correct the mistakes.
How is copy checking done?
CBSE conducts complete scrutiny of copies with transparency and as per rules. On CBSE copies, there is not the name of the students but a secret code. The copy checking centers are kept completely confidential, apart from this, at many places the copies are scanned and digital marking is also done. Whereas the examiner checks the copies only after understanding the marking scheme. Apart from this, in the end the Chief Examiner ensures that there is no undue strictness or carelessness with any student.
