1. To make dhaba style Egg curry in the house, first boil the eggs thoroughly and peel when cooled. If you want, apply a slight incision on the eggs or bake lightly in a light oil so that when you put it in the spices, the test goes and goes to the inside.
2. Now heat oil in a deep pan or pan, add chopped onion to it and fry on medium flame until the onion turns golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes until its scent starts coming.
3. After this, add grated tomatoes to it, cook the tomatoes well and fry until the oil starts leaving the edge. Now add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt, mix all the spices well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
