India-pakistan tension: The manner in which India has responded to the terror -dominated Pakistan under the Operation Sindoor launched after the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April 2025, has caused panic in the neighboring country. After the midnight action, there are emergency like emergency in Chhamb and Sialkot sector of Pakistan and people have been instructed not to come out of the house in both these places.
Pakistan’s Chamb sector falls in front of Akhnoor sector of Jammu and this line is on of control. At the same time, Sialkot sector of Pakistan is also adjacent to Akhnoor sector and it falls on the international border. Thursday (May 8, 2025) was reported to be a powerful explosion in Peshawar late at night, while India launched a massive counter -attack on Pakistan after trying to attack drone and missile from across the border.
India showed Pakistan its strength
If different media reports are to be believed, then there was an explosion in Islamabad, just 20 km away from the residence of Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Indian missiles targeted the main places of Pakistan including Lahore, Sialkot and Karachi.
Why did India target Pakistan cities?
The Indian Army confirmed the attempt to attack several military bases, saying that military bases in Jammu, Pathankot and Udhampur were targeted by Pakistani drones and missiles on the international border in Jammu and Kashmir.
Apart from this, India’s S-400 air defense system killed eight missiles coming from Pakistan. Khundru Ordinance Depot in South Kashmir is also reported to have explosions. No casualties have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir yet.
