According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, trade analyst Taran Adarsh said- ‘I am an optimist since birth! I have a lot of expectations from the first release of 2026, Ikkis and also King, Battle of Galwan, Ramayan, Love and War etc., the line-up is very great. So I hope there will be a real boom in business next year.
Dhurandhar 2 will be a hit without promotion
One film on which everyone has faith is Dhurandhar 2, especially after the first part became the biggest hit of 2025 and Hindi cinema. Taran Adarsh predicted – ‘When Dhurandhar 2 will be released in theatres, it will be a big event. Trade analyst Atul Mohan said – All the big films are raising hopes. There is a lot of potential in Dhurandhar 2, King, Ramayana and Love and War. Dhurandhar has created such a wave that the makers do not need to do marketing for the sequel. He can just release his film in theaters and it will still have a huge opening.
Ramayan will earn Rs 1000 crore
Trade analyst Raj Bansal said- ‘According to me, 2026 can be the biggest year of Hindi cinema. This could be even better than 2023. This is because many great films are about to be released. I have the highest expectations from Ramayana. I also have high hopes from Dhurandhar 2, Drishyam 3, King and Love and War. I have the highest expectations from Ramayana. If you ask me whether it can earn Rs 1000 crore net in India, then I would say anything is possible.
He further said- ‘This is the right film according to the mood of the country. The TV show ‘Ramayana’ had also created a similar craze. People used to get TV sets installed even in weddings to watch serials. Its subject, story and star cast had such an impact. Ramayana is also moving on the same path. It is being made on a very large scale. I am sure they will leave no stone unturned in the matter of VFX.
