For this, one should slowly chew a clove near the tooth which has a cavity or apply clove oil on that area. Doing this provides relief from both toothache and germs.

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, while mustard oil strengthens teeth. In such a situation, make a paste by mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric, a few drops of mustard oil and a pinch of salt. Gently massage the teeth and gums with this paste. Rinse after 5 to 10 minutes of massage. This recipe relieves cavity as well as gingivitis and pain.

Salt water acts as a natural disinfectant. It is helpful in eliminating the bacteria present in the mouth and also provides relief from pain. In such a situation, mixing half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water and gargling with it two to three times a day not only provides relief from cavity but also reduces the swelling of gums.

Garlic is also effective

Allicin present in garlic is a powerful anti-bacterial element, which fights the bacteria that cause tooth decay. Grind the garlic clove and add a little rock salt to it and first make a paste. Apply this paste on the cavity area and rinse after a few minutes. This remedy provides immediate relief from toothache.

Neem teeth have been used for centuries to keep teeth strong and clean. The anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties present in it protect teeth from decay and bad smell. For this, take a fresh branch of Neem, chew one end of it, make it like a brush and clean your teeth with it. This brush helps in reducing cavities, gum weakness and yellowness.
