From Tata Capital to Adani Power… know which shares will be in focus today?

Stocks to Watch: The Indian stock market started the first trading day of the week on Monday with a decline. At the end of trading, Sensex fell 0.39 percent or 324.17 points to the level of 83246.18. At the same time, Nifty also fell by 108.85 points or 0.42 percent and closed at the level of 25585.50. Today investors are going to keep their eyes on some special stocks from which they are expected to make profits.

In today’s business, shares of many companies like Tata Capital, Ola Electric, Adani Power, LTIMindtree are going to be in focus. Shares of Persistent Systems, United Spirits, AU Small Finance Bank, ITC Hotels and Indiamart will also be in focus as these companies will announce their quarterly results today.

Tata Capital

Tata Capital’s profit in the December quarter increased by 17 percent, which stood at Rs 1,257 crore as compared to Rs 1,076 crore recorded in December last year. The total operational revenue of the company in Q3FY26 was Rs 7,975 crore, which is 12 percent more than Rs 7,104 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.

LTI Mindtree

Shares of IT services company LTIMindtree are also going to be in focus today because its net profit has declined by 11 percent in the December quarter of the business year 2025-26, which was Rs 971 crore as compared to Rs 1,085 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax (PAT) belongs to the shareholders of the company.

Adani Power

Insolvency Appellate Tribunal NCLAT has upheld the acquisition of Vidarbha Industries Power by Adani Power Limited (APL), India’s largest private thermal power producer. A two-member NCLAT bench also dismissed two petitions filed by Pradeep Sot, an employee of debt-ridden Vidarbha Industries Power and Western Coalfields, against the NCLT approval. On Monday, Adani Power shares closed at Rs 140.30 with a decline of 1.63 percent.

Ola Electric

Electric two-wheeler manufacturing company Ola Electric has appointed Deepak Rastogi as its new Finance Chief, which will be effective from January 20. Current CFO Harish Abichandani has resigned from his post with effect from January 19. Ola said Rastogi, who was recently the group finance chief of property developer Puravankara, will replace Harish Abichandani. The impact of this decision of the company can be seen on its shares today.

ACME Solar

Renewable energy company ACME Solar has said that it has started operation of 68-MW energy generation capacity of the 100-MW wind power project in Surendranagar, Gujarat. ACME Solar said in a statement that this project is being implemented in a phase wise manner through subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy.

Raymond Lifestyle

Raymond Lifestyle has said that it has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as its CEO with immediate effect. Ghosh has over 25 years of experience in FMCG, textile, retail and consumer businesses, with deep expertise in both B2B and B2C environments.

Which companies will announce their quarterly results today?

ITC Hotels, AU Small Finance Bank, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company, CreditAccess Grameen, Cyient DLM, Gujarat Gas, Indiamart Intermesh, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Persistent Systems, Rallis India, SRF, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), United Spirits and Vikram Solar will declare their quarterly results today.
