FSSAI Recruitment: Recruitment for the post of Food Analyst, graduate pass candidates can apply; Read details

For the youth who are looking for government jobs, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India i.e. FSSAI has issued applications for recruitment to the posts of Food Analyst. This recruitment is being conducted under the 11th Food Analyst Examination 2025. You can apply online till 22 January. This opportunity is especially for those candidates who want to make a government career in the field related to food safety and science. So eligible and interested candidates can go online to the official website fssai.gov.in to participate in it and complete the application process within the prescribed dates.

All those candidates who are associated with Food Analysis, Chemistry or related scientific subjects and have the necessary educational qualification and experience can apply for this recruitment. This recruitment has been done for more qualified and experienced candidates than freshers.

Ability
To apply for Food Analyst posts, it is mandatory for the candidate to have UG / PG / PhD degree in any one of the 14 valid subjects including Chemistry, Dairy Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, Food Safety, Agricultural Science, Biochemistry. Apart from this, candidates who have passed the Food Analyst Section examination from the Institute of Chemists India can also apply. Also, the candidate should have at least 3 years of food analysis work experience.

How much will the application fee cost?

Candidates applying will have to pay a fee of Rs 2500 for computer based test and Rs 5000 for practical exam. This fee will have to be deposited through online medium. Fees will not be refunded after the application is submitted.

selection process

Selection in FSSAI Food Analyst Recruitment 2025 will be done in two phases. In the first phase, there will be a computer based test, in which questions will be asked from Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Safety and related subjects. Candidates successful in CBT will be selected for the second phase. In the second phase, practical examination will be conducted, in which the ability related to lab work and food analysis will be tested. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in both the stages and selection will be done accordingly.

Step 3: After this, candidates should first register and create login ID.
Step 4: Now fill all the information carefully in the application form

Step 6: Now submit the form and save its copy.
