Do this work before Ganesh Chaturthi

- Before installing the idol or statue of Ganesha, take a resolution. You can install the idol of God for one day, one and a half days, three days, five days, seven days or 10 days. You should take a resolution of as many days on the first day and after that Ganpati should be immersed.
- On the first day, along with the establishment of Ganesh, it is also necessary to establish the urn. Install the urn near the statue of Ganesha. Fill Ganga water in the urn and add mango leaves, betel nuts, coin, akshat, kumkum etc. and keep coconut on top.
What not to do on the first day of Ganesh Chaturthi
- Chandra Darshan- It is believed that lunar darshan should not be seen on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi. On this day, a person watching the moon may face false defects or false stigma.
- Stay away from negative things- Bappa arrives on the auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi. Therefore, stay away from debate and fighting on this day. Also do not talk negatively.
- Do not offer basil- While establishing Ganesh ji, do not forget to offer Tulsi in worship. Tulsi offering to Lord Ganesha is forbidden according to the scriptures.
