Ganesh installation worship material
For the establishment of Ganpati, you will need things like a wooden post, yellow cloth, akshat, copper urn or character, pure water, durva grass, milk, flower, red sandalwood, kalava, ghee-bati, panchamrit, Ashtagandha, abir, gulal, vermilion, turmeric, betel leaf, modak-laddus, incense, camphor etc.
Ganpati establishment method
- Wake up before sunrise and take a bath and wear clean clothes.
- First of all, one should resolve to establish Ganapati and then prepare for the establishment of God.
- Keep a cloth on the outpost and keep it intact and make a swastika with kumkum. Then install the idol of God over it.
- Anoint with water, milk and panchamrit in the idol of Ganesha. After this, wear new clothes and janeu.
- Light a lamp of ghee. After doing tilak with sandalwood and Ashtagandha to God, offer fruits, flowers, durva and bhog.
- After this, perform the Aarti of Lord Ganesha.
