Germany on Operation Sindoor: India’s Operation Sindoor, launched against terrorism, has been supported by Germany. German Foreign Minister Johan Wedful said that India has every right to defend itself against terrorism. Along with this, he also strongly condemned the Pahalgam terror attack.
He said, “We are shocked by the cruel terrorist attack on India on 22 April. We strongly condemn this attack on citizens. Our deep condolences are towards all victims and their families. After military attacks on both sides, India definitely have every right to defend itself against terrorism.”
‘Promotion of regular talks on the fight against terrorism’
The Foreign Minister of Germany further said, “The fact that the ceasefire has now come into force, there is something that we appreciate. Now what is important is that this ceasefire remains stable, keeping in mind the important interests of both sides, to find a bilateral solution for that struggle.

He said, “I have come to Berlin immediately after India’s response to Pahalgam terror attack. India does not tolerate terrorism at all. India will never bow to nuclear blackmail and India will behave completely bilaterally with Pakistan. There should be no confusion on any side in this regard. We also give importance to the understanding of Germany that every country has the right to protect ourselves against terrorism.”
